Industry Support Information

The Cancer Genomics Consortium (CGC) will hold its 16th Annual Meeting August 3 - 6, 2025 in Houston, Texas. In 2024, the CGC hosted its third hybrid meeting with more than 300 participants representing 13 countries. In the summer of 2025, we will continue the hybrid (in-person + virtual) format that will feature in-person platform presentations, workshops, networking sessions, an exhibit hall, poster sessions, round table discussions, the science café, and other interactive opportunities with our industry supporters. We will also provide virtual content streaming, live virtual Q&A, and CME and PACE credit for all attendees.

2025 Anticipated Program Highlights:

  • Clinical applications of microarray, genome mapping, and genome sequencing technologies.
  • Clinical interpretation of sequence variants and copy number abnormalities data.
  • Analysis pipelines, bioinformatics, databases, and data sharing for publications.
  • Invited presentations from leading clinical laboratory directors, geneticists, oncologists, pathologists, and bioinformaticians.
  • Workshops to showcase challenging/teaching cases.
  • Improving equity in access to genomic testing.

Highlights for Exhibitors in 2025:

  • Science Café
  • Small private meeting space rental available
  • Additional marketing options available

The CGC Annual Meeting is the preeminent gathering for laboratorians, clinicians, and researchers with a shared interest in early adoption, performance and interpretation of leading-edge technology for cancer and constitutional genomics.  The collegiality of the Cancer Genomics Consortium provides a unique educational opportunity to advance clinical diagnostics using genomic technologies (FISH, microarray, massively parallel sequencing, etc.) and to improve the data processing that accompanies these technologies.

Please note, these options are also available as add-ons to an existing support level for an additional fee and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Choose one of the following alternatives to replace your booth:

  • Additional Complimentary Registrations: If you are looking to bring additional team members, you can exchange your booth for two (2) additional complimentary registrations.
  • Private Meeting Room: Book a private meeting room for one (1) day to schedule discussions with targeted attendees. Supporting company must coordinate with CGC for available dates. Limited spaces are available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Group meetings (with more than 5 attendees) cannot conflict with the CGC agenda. Breakfast, lunch, and/or snacks can be arranged with the hotel and are not included in the package.
  • Trainee and Technologist Travel Award Contributor: Each year the CGC presents awards for outstanding trainee and technologist abstracts. You can exchange your booth to support these awards and receive company recognition on the CGC website and scientific program.
