The Cancer Genomics Consortium is committed to providing high quality education and promoting best practices in clinical cancer genomics. As our organization grows, there is a continued need for tools and resources to enhance our capabilities to educate our community and provide additional benefit to our members.

Educational opportunities through webinars and case conferences offered to the community at no charge
Curated Gene Lists available to CGC Members
Workgroup publications in the CGC journal, Cancer Genetics
Travel grants for trainees and technologists to attend the CGC Annual Meeting
Projects in development include:
The Compendium of Cancer Genome Aberrations (CCGA), a Wiki-style interface designed to document and describe chromosome and other genetic abnormalities in cancer.
Development of a CGC Research Consortium
Initiatives to support those members of the CGC community who are early in their career
Building partnerships with other organizations to promote cancer genomics
The Cancer Genomics Consortium is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Donations are tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt for your taxes shortly after your donation is processed.
