Unable to staff an exhibit booth in 2026?
CGC is now offering alternative options for supporters who do not wish to staff an exhibit booth but wish to show their support for CGC to the genomics community. Companies selecting the Gold Supporter, No Exhibit Booth Level package may select one of the options below in lieu of an exhibit booth.
Please note, these options are also available as add-ons to an existing support level for an additional fee and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Choose one of the following alternatives to replace your booth:
- Additional Complimentary Registrations: If you are looking to bring additional team members, you can exchange your booth for two (2) additional complimentary registrations.
- Private Meeting Room: Book a private meeting room for one (1) day to schedule discussions with targeted attendees. Supporting company must coordinate with CGC for available dates. Limited spaces are available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Group meetings (with more than 5 attendees) cannot conflict with the CGC agenda. Breakfast, lunch, and/or snacks can be arranged with the hotel and are not included in the package.
- Trainee and Technologist Travel Award Contributor: Each year the CGC presents awards for outstanding trainee and technologist abstracts. You can exchange your booth to support these awards and receive company recognition on the CGC website and scientific program.
- Company Logo and QR Code: Display the company logo and a QR code on a custom sign (minimum of 24x36) outside the Exhibit Hall as an additional CGC supporter.
- Support of the Unconference: The Unconference format is a participant-driven meeting, with emphasis on collaborative discussion and hands-on activities. Attend and support this in-person, pre-meeting of CGC 2026.
